    • A kick-off with our teamWe agree your ideal customer profile with you: the companies, and the people in them, who should hear from you.
    • Who we write toTheir roles, where they are and the size of company, with what makes a good fit and what rules one out.
    • What we sayYour offer, the problem it solves, the page we point people to, and companies like the ones you want.
    • Written down as the briefThe profile becomes the campaign brief, and the brief is in your console.
  2. 2. Prospector

    Find them

    • Companies and peopleWe find the companies that fit the brief and the people in them worth talking to.
    • Who each person isEach one comes with their role and their company, so you can see why they are on the list.
  3. 3. Checker

    Clean the list

    • Before anyone is contactedEvery list is cleaned first. People who do not fit, or cannot be reached, are taken off.
    • Found, and still being checkedYour console shows how many people the profile found and how many are still being checked.
  4. 4. Messenger

    Write and reach out

    • Written to a briefThe first email, the follow-ups and the replies each follow a written brief, in the campaign’s language. You can read all three in your console.

    • Where we send fromThe addresses and domains we send from are agreed with you before launch.

When people reply. The ones that count come back flagged, with the reason.

  • Interested, with the reason

When someone is interested, they are flagged, with the reply that made them interested, word for word.

  • Every reply, in its thread

Each person shows where they are: contacted, replied, interested, not interested, out of office or unsubscribed. You can open the email thread.

  • Opt-outs respected

When someone asks not to be contacted again, they are marked unsubscribed and replying to them is switched off.

  • Started and stopped by us

Our staff start and stop your campaigns. A stopped campaign shows why in your console.

  • The numbers
