Night shift. Still answering after hours.

The Night shift keeps answering when your team has gone home. When someone asks for a person, it takes a callback request with the time they would like.

You decide

  • The hours your team works, and so when your team takes over again.

Where it stops

A callback is a request, not a booking: it adds the time they would like to your list, and your team calls when they are in.

The night shift never clocks off. At 23:41 it still answers.

Example website chat at 23:41: a visitor asks for a call about a group booking. The night shift answers, takes their name and number, and adds a callback request for around 9:30 the next morning.

What happens at night?

It keeps answering. Your team takes over only in the hours you set, so when someone asks for a person outside them, it takes a callback request with the time they would like and adds it to your callback list.
