Qualifier. Your questions, asked.

The Qualifier talks with every lead, inbound or outbound: it asks the questions you choose and takes a name and a way to reach them.

With every lead, inbound or outbound.

You decide

  • Which questions it asks.
  • When a lead is sent: as soon as there is a phone number or email, or once every detail you mark as required is in.

Where it stops

Once there is a way to reach them, the lead goes to the CRM or system you connect, and your team takes it from there.

Questions about the Qualifier.

More in the FAQ, or write to hello@brightshoal.si

Will it make things up?

It answers from the knowledge and instructions you give it, and you decide what it says when it does not know, such as offering a callback or a person. Every conversation is saved, so you can check what it said.

Where do the leads go?

To the CRM or system you connect. A lead is sent once the agent has a way to reach the customer, a phone number or email. If you prefer, it can wait until every detail you mark as required is in.
