Hi, do you have business class fares to Singapore in March?

We do. Will you fly from London, and how many of you are travelling?

  • A school

Hi, are admissions open for grade 6 next year?

They are. Would you like to see the campus before you apply?

  • An events company

Hi, do you build stands for trade shows in Las Vegas?

We do. Which show is it, and how big is the space?

You decide

  • The greeting on your calls, and how it introduces itself on WhatsApp.
  • The note under your website chat that answers come from AI and can be wrong. It is on by default.

Where it stops

When a question goes beyond what you gave it, it says what you chose: it offers a callback, or a person.

Questions about the Front desk.

More in the FAQ, or write to hello@brightshoal.si

Which channels does it cover?

Your website chat, your phone line and WhatsApp. Website chat and WhatsApp share the same knowledge and questions; the phone agent has its own voice and call settings.

Will it make things up?

It answers from the knowledge and instructions you give it, and you decide what it says when it does not know, such as offering a callback or a person. Every conversation is saved, so you can check what it said.

Does it tell people it is an AI?

On your website, yes by default: a short note under the chat says answers come from AI and can be wrong. On calls you set the greeting, so you decide how it introduces itself. In inbound WhatsApp conversations the customer writes first, and how the agent introduces itself follows the instructions you give it.
